Important Information 

Hotels
In case of non-availability, similar hotels to the ones mentioned at the packages will be used. All featuring hotels are carefully selected among the best of every category and include daily breakfast and hotel taxes.

Cruises
- All cruise line itineraries; rates and vessels are subject to change by each cruise line company, without prior notice.
- Sequence of events and places visited may change from the order shown due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Tours and Sight Seeing
By air-conditioned motor coaches and guided by professional licensed English - speaking guides. All shore excursions in conjunction with a cruise and tours not listed under " tour includes" are optional.

Air Transportation 
Tour packages do not include airfare unless mentioned in the "tour includes".

Transfers
As specified in the itineraries, including assistance and porterage.

Meals
As specified in the description of each tour.

Single accommodations
Rates for single occupancy listed reflect single hotel rooms and single cabins. Travel Zone cannot arrange share accommodations in hotels and during overnight tours. Sharing accommodation on cruise is on request basis.

Baggage
On all motor coach tours one normal size suitcase is allowed.

Health Requirements
Any physical, or mental disability requiring special attention to treatment must be noted at time of reservation. The Tour Operation and /or its representatives reserve the right to exclude such passengers, unless prior approval for their participation has been obtained from local tour/cruise/land operators.

Travel Insurance
Protect your investment. Insurance to cover cancellation charges, trip interruption, etc. is highly recommended.

Travel Documents
Participants must be in possession of valid passport and visas where necessary.

Personal Attention
Travel Zone offices are open 7 days a week from 9:00am -9:00pm from April to November, disposing also 24 hours emergency phones, in order to be able to assist its clients at any time and solve any problem that might occur. Incidents that will not be brought to our knowledge during clients stay, will not have the opportunity to be given the proper attention & action and certainly will not be considered seriously if reported after clients departure.

Not include in tour price
Airfares, airport taxes, (unless indicated), passport and visa fees, laundry services, phone calls, beverages, meals not indicated in the itinerary, all gratuities of any kind (which are at your discretion) items of a personal nature, excess baggage and baggage handling, optional tours and cruise excursions. 

Rates
All rates are subject to change without notice due to increases imposed by hotel and tour / cruise operators, currency fluctuation and fuel surcharges.

Deposit and final payment
A non-refundable deposit of $100 per person, per package, of full payment if cost of services is less than $100, is required within (7) days from booking to secure reservation. If deposit is not received on time, the reservation will be automatically cancelled. Balance of payment is due (45) day's prior to arrival. Bookings received less than 45 days prior to arrival must by accompanied by full payment. 

Cancellation / Refunds
All cancellations requests must be in writing, and are in effect (24) hours after the date they reach our office. In the event cancellation of a booking is requested less than (60) days prior to arrival, the cancellation fees will be charged according to the following schedule.

Tips / Taxes / Entrance Fees
All taxes except port taxes for cruise are included. Entrance fees to Museums and Archaeological sites are included. Tips to cruise staff, guised and drivers are not included, and are at your discretion.

Responsibility
Travel Zone of Greece hereafter called the tour operator and / or their representatives act only as agents for transportation companies and other companies. The responsibility of the tour operators and / or their representatives is limited. The tour operators and / or their agents will not accept any responsibility in the event of damage, loss accident, illness, delay or other irregularity due to defects in any vehicle use for transportation or the fault or default of any company or person employed in the organization of the transportation. The tour operators and / or their representatives will not accept any responsibility for extra cost due to delay, changes or any other reason. The tour operators and/or their representatives are nor responsible for any consular, political or military complications created voluntarily or involuntarily by the passengers or any other person. The operators cannot be held responsible for any fault or default or negligence by hotel owner or his employees. The tour operators reserve the right to decline, to accept or retain any person and to change or cancel the tours, if necessary, for any reason. The airline tickets shall, when issued, constitute to the sole contract between the passengers and the airline. The airline is not to be held responsible for and act, omission or event, when the passengers are not on board its aircraft. Any deposit will represent acceptance of all the above-mentioned conditions.
