Ikies Traditional Houses is a complex of ten self-catering houses and studios, including a private pool, situated in the northern part of Santorini, on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Oia.

Architecturally inspired by the local houses which are carved out of pumice, they are designed to make you feel at home. Each apartment has a private balcony, affording spetacular views over the Caldera and towards Oia itself. They offer privacy and a place to unwind.

Each house is furnished in the simple Cycladic style and respects local aesthetics, tradition and colour.

Santorini is unique. Situated at the southern end of the Cyclades islands, created by one of the most violent volcanic eruptions know to the man. Its views are astonishing and almost surreal. They captivate and bewitch.

They stand as testimony to the spectacular forces of nature. The volcanic land along with the calmness of the surrounding azure coloured sea remains. They allow the visitor to be enveloped in meditative peace and tranquillity. Santorini seems touched by the gods themselves. They have bathed it in the clear Aegean sun and steeped its land with wine and magic.

All the houses have fully equipped kitchenettes (refrigerator, electrical stove, utensils and cookware) and all bathrooms are fitted with showers.
Each Apartment's private terrace is furnished with umbrellas, chaise longues, directors chairs and marble-topped tables. Earthenware pots planted with local plants and flowers complete the picture.

House of the Artisan

House of the Sailor

House of the Fisherman
